Heidi Powell

You might know me as the fitness and transformation expert from ABC’s Extreme Weight Loss, but I’m so much more than that. I’m a mother of four, an entrepreneur, a published author, and an incredibly strong woman. I believe in working up a sweat, working hard every day, and deep belly laughs. I also believe there’s no such thing as too many iced coffees (One pump mocha, hold the sweetener, please!).

How can I download the app?

How long do the workouts take?

In general, the workouts will take anywhere from 30-60 minutes.

We have programs available for any gym type whether you're at a hotel, your home, or just in the normal gym. We've got you covered!

How do I pause or cancel my membership?

Simply email support@showupfit.app to make any membership changes, including pausing or canceling your membership. If you are canceling, please try to give us 24 hours BEFORE your billing date so we can get it processed for you in time.
