Is the bootcamp really free?
Absolutely! You’ll get the emails, videos, downloads, and content all for FREE.
Do I need equipment or a gym membership?
If you have access to a bench or dumbbells, great. If not, you can do everything without any gym equipment.
Is this for any fitness level?
Yes! The exercises can be scaled up or down based on where you are starting from.
Do I need to do any special diet?
Nope! I’ll give you a few tips to help you get going, but it doesn’t require any special diets.
What will I get out of this?
You will feel confident in yourself! You’ll be surprised at how great you feel after just 5 days. This challenge is designed to give you the momentum to take the next step.
What if I want to do MORE than just 5 days?
